Maxema sells its products solely to promotional article distributors or agents, it never deals with end customers directly.
CAN YOU PROVIDE PENS WITH REFILL COLOURS OTHER THAN BLUE AND BLACK?
Maxema pens with special colour refills can be had by ordering a minimum quantity of 50,000 pieces, or possibly even smaller quantities depending on stock availability.
I WOULD LIKE TO PERSONALISE ONE OF YOUR ARTICLES BUT HAVE NO GRAPHIC DESIGN FACILITIES, CAN YOU HELP ME?
If you cannot produce graphics in vector format, contact our sales office: we shall help you find the solution best in keeping with your indications and goals. Our graphics design service is billed based on the cost of the final product.
WHAT FORMAT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FILES TO BE PRINTED?
The files must always be submitted in vector format, with the text converted into curves by means of programs for PC (Adobe Illustrator up to version CS4, Corel Draw up to version CS5, pdf or eps formats).
WHAT COLOURS CAN BE PRINTED ON MAXEMA PENS?
We can print colours from the following colour charts: PANTONE - Pantone Solid Coated + CMYK selections for four-colour processes and photographic images. Keep in mind that on a white surface a colour will match its ID code, whereas against a coloured background colours might be altered. This is the reason why we advise against printing light colours against a dark background, unless one can do a double pass or apply a preliminary white base coat, but in this manner the cost of printing will be doubled. We do not supply fluorescent colours, hot printing or laser engraving services. There is no extra charge for silver and gold colours. Our graphics office reserves the right to verify the feasibility of a project.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CREATE A ONE-OF-A-KIND PEN BY COMBINING PARTS IN DIFFERENT COLOUR?
Yes, you can create your own pen by assembling different colour parts. In this case, the minimum quantity to be ordered is 5,000 pieces. We recommend that you contact our sales office beforehand to assess the feasibility of your projects and cost differences, if any.

CAN I DOWNLOAD THE IMAGES OF THE PENS AND YOUR PRICE LIST DIRECTLY FROM YOUR WEBSITE?
From our website you can download freely our catalogue in pdf format. From reserved areas you can also download high- and low-resolutions images of the individual pens and our price lists: to access these areas you must obtain an ad hoc password from our sales office, which on this occasion will also provide you with a special basic discount to be applied to our price list.
CAN I REQUEST SPECIAL PACKAGING?
You may request special packaging solutions (cardboard boxes with pens in assorted colours, pens enclosed in cellophane envelopes, etc.): contact our sales office for details and quotations.

All our pens are designed and manufactured at our plants in Volpiano (Turin) using top-quality non-toxic Italian made materials, ABS, and Dokumental inks from Germany.
